Local Hong Kong Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 1 working day after payment. Shipping methods include:

S.F. Express

• Usually takes about 1 working day
• If you need accessories urgently, it is recommended to choose SF Express Shipping Pay on Delivery, about $30/KG
• Once we receive the SF tracking number, we will email you right away
• To avoid any delays, mobile contact number of the recipient is required
• You may also choose to deliver to a SF Store near you, simply provide the SF Store Code at checkout

Hong Kong Post

• Usually takes about 2-3 working days

Local Courier

• Usually takes about 3 working days
• String instrument purchases are recommended to use Local Courier
• Note that we can only deliver to addresses with direct elevator access
• For outlying islands, please choose Inquire for Shipping Quotation, and we will be in touch with you
• Delivery times are during our opening hours, except weekends, public holidays and when typhoon or rainstorm signals are hoisted
• We will WhatsApp or call you to confirm your order and delivery details after payment
• To avoid any delays, mobile contact number of the recipient is required

International Shipping

We ship to a list of countries worldwide, and are working to deliver to more countries each day to music enthusiasts all over the world.

• Usually takes about 7 working days

If you are unable to obtain shipping by Estimate Shipping on the Checkout Page, you may also Request a Shipping Quotation.

We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international orders, but when there are circumstances out of our control; packages may take up to 3 weeks to arrive due to customs inspections.
