Shipping Information

International Shipping outside of Hong Kong

We ship to a list of countries worldwide, and are striving to deliver to more and more countries each day to music enthusiasts all over the world.

If you are unable to obtain shipping by "Estimate Shipping" on the Checkout page, you may request a shipping quotation from us.

Items are usually shipped out within 5 business days after payment has been received or cleared.

Our shipping methods include Hong Kong Post, EMS, and FedEx. Once we receive the tracking number from our shipping agents, we will send it to you right away.

Packing materials may include: Boxes, bubble wrap, and packing foam etc.

Items shipped internationally using Hong Kong Post should arrive within 7-14 working days.

Items shipped with FedEx should arrive within 7 working days. An email confirmation, including your tracking number, will be sent to you as soon as your item is shipped.

We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international orders, but when there are circumstances out of our control; packages may take up to 3 weeks to arrive due to customs inspections.
 

Local Shipping within Hong Kong

Our shipping methods within Hong Kong, include S.F. Express and Courier. If you prefer other shipping methods, please email us at eshop@harmony-music.com, and we will try to accommodate to the best of our ability.

Orders are usually shipped out within 2 business days after payment has been received or cleared.

To ensure smooth delivery and avoid any delays, mobile contact number of the recipient is required for delivery.

S.F. Express

S.F. Express would collect surcharges to residential addresses, and remote area addresses. Kindly check S.F. Express website for the residential surcharge details and remote area list:

To avoid S.F. Express additional surcharges, you may indicate your order to be delivered to a S.F. Express Service Center, kindly provide the service center code from the S.F. Express website below during checkout:

Please note that the S.F. Express shipping quote displayed on our website does not include additional surcharges, please contact us before placing the order if you have any questions. If surcharges are needed, we will email you payment details afterwards to complete the shipping charge.
 

Local Courier Delivery

Courier delivery service currently does not cover outlying islands. For deliveries to these districts, please choose "Inquire for Shipping Quotation” during checkout, and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Kindly note that we can only deliver to addresses with direct elevator access.

Courier delivery times would be from 12:00PM to 6:00PM, Monday to Friday, except public holidays and when typhoon or rainstorm signals are hoisted.

For deliveries outside of these hours, please contact us directly at eshop@harmony-music.com with your contact number and we will try to accommodate to the best of our ability.

After payment is received, we will call you in the evening around 6:00PM to 8:00PM to confirm your order and delivery details.

 

Shipping Quotation Request

Ordering multiple items with different sizes or large items that require special handling? Need us to deliver to specific locations in Hong Kong or international countries? Unable to obtain shipping in your Shopping Cart? Not to worry, we may help you calculate shipping charges before you make payment. Simply follow the steps below:

1) Add the music items your would like to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to CHECKOUT.

2) At CHECKOUT Page, please provide your detailed delivery address for an accurate shipping quotation.

3) At DELIVERY METHOD, please choose "Inquire for Shipping Quotation". If you have specific delivery preferences, you may state sea, air freight, courier or no preference in the comment box.

4) At PAYMENT METHOD, please choose "Proceed without Payment (For Customers Inquiring for Shipping Quotation Only)".

5) Confirm your Order at the Checkout Page.

6) You will receive a summary of your order in an Order Confirmation Email first. Our staff will calculate your shipping charges, and email you again shortly.

7) If you are fine with the shipping charge and would like to proceed with your order, please reply to our email, and we will send you payment details to complete the order.
