We hope that you are happy with your purchase through our online shop, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 7-day return privilege with the following terms. Please email us at eshop@harmony-music.com for a return or exchange request.
All returns should be announced within 7 days upon receipt of item, and should be made in compliance with our return policies.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all parts of the purchase, including accessories, still attached in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Music instrument cases and/or bags should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box or bag is damaged.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided, any product packaging and accessories included, such as authenticity cards, bags, and cases etc. and your invoice should be included with your return.
Returns will be voided if the product is mishandled or physical damaged by customer.
Buyer would be responsible for all kinds of return shipping to the seller.
Please note, all accessories, including but not exclusively to strings, rosins, bridges, bow, bags and cases, and on Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns made for all non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Items sent back without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) will not be processed. Please email us at eshop@harmony-music.com first to state your request, and our team will handle your case accordingly.
