Harmony Music Company's ("Harmony Music Company" "we" "us") website(s) (our "Site" or "Sites") and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service, and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively, the "TOS"). Please read the TOS carefully before placing any orders on www.harmony-music.com. We recommend you should keep a copy of the TOS for future reference.

We may modify the TOS from time to time. Please read the TOS and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS then you must exit this site immediately, and discontinue any use of this information or products obtainable or accessible through the Site.

Registration

To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.

The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Payment

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and Alipay.

International buyers are responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or any fees required for your country. In the event an item is returned for any of the above reasons, we will not be responsible for covering these fees.

Colors and Pictures

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Harmony Music. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. As most of our items are crafted with natural materials, no two are exactly alike. Therefore, pictures may not represent the item exactly as shown.

Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names (collectively the "Marks") that appear on this Site are proprietary to Harmony Music Company, or the other respective owners of such Marks. You may not display or reproduce the Marks in any manner without the prior written consent of Harmony Music Company, and you may not remove or otherwise modify in any manner any trademark notices from any content offered or received through the Site.

In addition to the Intellectual property rights mentioned above, "Content" is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this Site. Harmony Music Company tries to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete. We always recommend that all users of the Internet ensure they have up to date virus checking software installed.

Termination

Notwithstanding any of the TOS, we reserve the right, without notice or attendant liability, and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this Site, and to block or prevent future access to and use of this Site for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, the TOS will still apply.

Governing Law

The TOS and the relationship between you and Harmony Music Company shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. The provisions of the TOS that conflict with or are inconsistent with applicable governing law will be superseded and/or modified by such applicable law only to the extent such provisions are inconsistent.

We Reserve the Right to Update and Revise the TOS at Any Time.
